Welcome to Baringo,
New Gisborne

Baringo Logo Round White

Blocks of Redgum are gently crackling
in the fireplace out the back.

The scent of fresh hot chips and homemade gravy
teases out from the kitchen.

Your best mate has just got the first round in;
and your regular spot is ready and waiting.

Welcome home to Baringo.

Baringo is a regional food and wine haven nestled in the foothills of Mt Macedon.

Established in 1861 as Hurst’s Railway Hotel, the building still retains its slate roofing
and  original external character.

Renovated most recently in 2014, Baringo is now a multi-functional venue
and a social hub of New Gisborne and the surrounding area.
